Beat the Bloat

As women, bloating is one of the many downfalls that happen to us daily.  In the summer time, the last thing we want to is to be relaxing on the beach in a bathing suit with a pouch hanging from our stomachs.  I've finally found 3 cures for this problem that work in the blink of an eye.

My number one pick to reduce bloating would have to be apricots.  Not only is it a remedy I've used in the past, but they taste amazing and also help with the bloating within a half hour after eating.  Because apricots are higher in water, it flushes the excess waste and water out of your system.

Yogurt is also high in water content, and promotes the food bacteria growth in your stomach.  The bacteria is in charge of the gas reductions that accumulates in the organs over time.

Oatmeal is a popular high fiber food, which for those who don't know also helps with the reduction of bloating. Because women need at least 25 grams of fiber daily, eating oatmeal with at least five grams of fiber per serving helps get rid of that pouch and relives gas.  With fiber, be careful to not each too much, or it will build up and worsen the bloating.
